K–12 district pilot briefing
See the System. Understand the Patterns. Lead the Response.
Before considering a broader initiative, align on a one-school pilot, document current conditions, and agree on how any result will be measured and verified.
Seeking five urban districts for the 5Rs™ pilot cohort.
The district question
District leaders are asked to respond to connected academic, attendance, instructional and organizational challenges. When a new initiative starts without a shared baseline, it can be difficult to understand what changed or what the evidence supports next.
A focused pilot begins with the district’s existing evidence, a clearly defined Result Condition and a verification approach agreed before implementation.

Methodology · 03

Our platform brings the evidence together so district leaders can turn a clear view of conditions into focused, measurable action.
Baseline to scale
The baseline, metrics, data sources, measurement period and verification method are agreed before implementation.
Step 01
Choose a participating school with district and school leadership.
Step 02
Document current conditions using agreed district evidence before implementation.
Step 03
Set the baseline, metrics, data sources, measurement period and verification method together.
Step 04
Proceed only after the school, district team and measurement terms are aligned.
Step 05
Review the same defined measures and sources across the agreed period.
Step 06
Use the verified evidence to decide whether a next phase makes sense.
Recommended starting scope
The participating grade band, district and school team, data sources and measurement window are chosen with the district. No fixed duration, staffing count or performance threshold is assumed.
A bounded pilot scope selected with district leadership.
District and school roles are named before implementation.
Use existing district evidence selected for the pilot.
Set a measurement period that fits the selected evidence and work.
Baseline and verification
Establish the baseline before implementation using the agreed existing district evidence. Then review the same defined measures and sources during the mutually agreed measurement period.
District and Proof Point mutually agree on the Result Condition and verification method before implementation. The pilot makes no promise about what the evidence will show.
Commercial model
70% follows the normal contractual payment schedule. The final 30% is a delayed invoice, not invoiced or payable until the mutually agreed Result Condition is achieved and verified. The baseline, metrics, data sources, measurement period, and verification method are agreed before implementation.
Executive measurement areas
These are areas to discuss and agree for a specific pilot, not promised outcomes or a fixed set of measures.

District participation
Name a district contact and participating school.
Coordinate the time of participating leaders and staff.
Supply the agreed baseline and follow-up data.
Agree on definitions, measurement and verification before implementation.
Review the findings and decide whether to scale.
Pilot to districtwide
Phase 01
One-school pilot
Phase 02
Joint review of verified evidence
Phase 03
District decision about a next phase
Phase 04
Tailored phased expansion plan, if chosen
Any expansion is a district choice based on its review of the agreed evidence, not an automatic or guaranteed result.
For district leaders and boards
District leaders
Frame a practical one-school pilot, identify district and school participation, and align on measures and verification before implementation.
